Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wizzkids.co and the WizzKids game (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Family accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Children use WizzKids through profiles their parent creates and supervises; by creating a child profile you confirm you are that child’s parent or guardian and consent to their use of the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for keeping your login (and any kid PINs) safe.

Use WizzKids as it’s intended: for learning and play. Don’t attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, misuse other people’s information, or use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put children at risk.

Donations are voluntary gifts that support servers, new content, and keeping WizzKids free for families. They are not tax-deductible, do not unlock gameplay or advantages, and are generally non-refundable — though if something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we’ll make it right. Monthly support can be canceled any time.

Merchandise is printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Prices are in U.S. dollars and shipping is charged at checkout; some items (like yard signs) ship within the United States only. Because items are made to order, returns are limited to defective or damaged products — contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it.

WizzKids teaches life skills — including simplified lessons about earning, saving, and investing — through stories and games designed for children. This content is for education only and is not financial, investment, legal, or medical advice.

The WizzKids name, characters (including Wizzy, Izzy, Wizer, and Nara), artwork, music, and game content are owned by WizzKids and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant families a personal, non-commercial license to use them within the Service; please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute them.

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it available and bug-free but can’t promise perfection. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; meaningful changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using WizzKids or delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which WizzKids is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
